Important Information About Procedures For Opening A New Account
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this Means For - You When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or identifying documents.
What is the Patriot Act? - The Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001, known as USA PATRIOT Act or simply the Patriot Act, is an American act which President George W. Bush signed into law on October 26, 2001. Originally passed after the September 11, 2001 attacks, the Act was formed in response to the terrorist attacks against the United States, and dramatically expanded the authority of American law enforcement for the stated purpose of fighting terrorism in the United States and abroad. It has also been used to detect and prosecute other alleged potential crimes, such as providing false information on terrorism.

What are my options for making a payment?
You have the option of making payments using a Visa or MasterCard debit card without any additional fees. You may also pay by using Visa or MasterCard credit card for a charge of $6.75. Another payment option is Speedpay ($6.75 fee), a telephone check drafting service which can be made by calling us with your checking account number and allowing us to prepare a check for payment on your account. Other payment options, such as MoneyGram or Western Union's “Quick Collect” are available in many local businesses for an additional fee, which varies based upon type of payment selected. You may also make your payment at any 7-Eleven store in your area using your PayNearMe cash payment card for an additional fee of $4.99.What should I do if my car is damaged in an accident?

If you change your physical damage insurance company, you should notify Friendly by contacting our office.
