Friendly Finance's salary program is an investment in our most important asset - our employees. Our salary program is designed to attract, retain, and reward the high quality people we need to be competitive, flexible, and responsive to individual and company financial results.
Internal and External Equity
Your position and salary will typically be the result of your sustained contribution, level of experience, and degree of knowledge in relation to your peers.
Friendly Finance's salaries, on average, are comparable to those paid for similar positions in the regions where we compete for employees. To ensure that our salaries are competitive, we annually assess the competitiveness of our salary ranges and, if appropriate, change salary ranges periodically.
Performance Based
Individual salaries are based on performance and will reflect your contribution to the company in relation to the responsibilities of your position. Individual's salaries are generally reviewed on an annual basis. Salary increases are based on individual performance, contributions to business results, increases in responsibility, and increases in competencies (knowledge and skills).

Retirement Plans
Friendly Finance Corporation (the "Company") provides a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan (the "Plan") to help employees accumulate financial resources for retirement. The Plan allows employees to elect how much of their salary they want to contribute to the Plan (subject to IRS rules and regulations) and to direct the investment of their funds into professionally managed investment funds.
In addition to the 401(k) plan, Friendly Finance sponsors a profit sharing plan for its eligible employees in order to provide retirement benefits.
Paid Time Off
Friendly Finance provides paid holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO) that includes vacation, personal, and sick hours and is based on length of service with the Company. The PTO offers flexibility to balance work and personal life needs. It also provides employees with more discretion, accountability and responsibility. PTO gives employees increase control and flexibility in taking time off from work to refresh themselves and balance their home lives with their work lives.

Available Positions
· Clerical - Under direct supervision, performs entry-level clerical work, including data entry, copying, faxing, telephone work and filing. Candidate should have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year proven experience performing clerical duties in an office environment. Other qualifications include excellent communication and time management skills and minimum typing speed of 25 wpm. Apply for this position.
· Collection Counselor - Responsible for the reduction of delinquent accounts by contacting customers by phone and mail to make arrangements for payments. Perform the research, investigation, analysis, financial advising, and follow-up work necessary for the collection of delinquent funds for automotive and consumer loan accounts.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of one year collection experience. Applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills, computer knowledge and the ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines. Apply for this position.
· Credit Investigator - Responsible for the processing of car loan applications in a timely manner. The process consists of logging in and verifying applications and running credit reports. Other responsibilities including faxing and filing.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year proven experience performing clerical duties in an office environment. Other qualifications include excellent communication and time management skills and minimum typing speed of 25 wpm. Apply for this position.
· Legal Assistant - Responsible for preparing, filing and monitoring all legal actions taken to collect on all delinquent accounts referred to the Legal Department. Monitoring and initiating any actions necessary to protect the Company's interests in relation to any bankruptcies filed by customers.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, basic clerical skills, and one year legal consumer collection or legal experience preferred. Applicant must be a detai l-oriented team player, have excellent time management skills and knowledge of court system.
